Terry and his wife Jenna dated in high school, went away for school together and are glad to be back home in rural Richland Center. Together, they enjoy community events, charity and mission work and spending time with their family, including twins Declan and Desirae. Terry is our client advocate for coordinated efforts with tax advisors and estate planners. As one of our financial planners, he oversees integration of investments, insurance, real estate, social security, taxes and estate plans. Terry’s ultimate goal is to help families build and preserve a financial legacy while considering all questions, information and advice that are impacted by the entire financial and life situation of our clients.

Kaleb joined the group back in September 2007 as a high school intern and became a partner in 2013. After an intentional courtship, on February 25, 2017, he married his wife Maggie. About 9 months after their wedding date they welcomed their daughter Grace into the world. Subsequently, four boys followed suit – Jacob Dominic (August 2019), Maximilian Francis (February 2022), Blaise Benedict (September 2023) and Damien Ignatius (April 2026). In his free time, Kaleb stays active by volunteering through the local chapter of the Knights of Columbus (Bingo especially), playing a “high stakes” game of cards, doing maintenance on 100+ acres and of course quality time with his family. Most importantly, Kaleb and Maggie are deeply devoted to their Catholic faith and the time and effort it requires to stay in relationship to God and each other.

Like the rest of the guys at our office, Joe is a small-town guy – born and raised in Richland Center. Prior to joining our group, he spent several years in banking management.  Joe, his wife Karia and their four children, Peyton, Cameron, Ellyn & Allison currently live in the small town of Ithaca, 10 minutes from Richland Center. In addition to spending quality time with family, Joe values his faith, spending time outdoors fishing, and following the Wisconsin sports scene as much as possible.

Beth, along with her husband, Josh, and their six children, call a beautiful 100-acre farm in northern Richland Center home. After spending more than 15 years in the financial industry, she brought her experience and dedication to the team—skills she continues to balance alongside the rhythms of farm life. Josh, in addition to helping keep things running at home, works full-time as a construction superintendent for Sullivan Design Build out of Madison.

Life for Beth is happily centered around her family, and you’ll most often find her on the sidelines or in the audience, supporting her kids at everything from soccer and basketball to piano and voice. When a quiet moment does come along, she enjoys getting lost in a good book, planning her next travel adventure, or savoring a peaceful sunrise or sunset from the front porch, taking in the beauty of the farm she loves.

Alyssa, like many in the office, was born and raised in rural Richland Center. She holds a degree in finance with an emphasis in financial planning and has a particular interest in the ever-changing world of tax. Outside of the office, she works as a bartender and waitress at two restaurants. In her free time, Alyssa enjoys spending time at the lake, being with family, watching sports, working out, listening to country music, and all things outdoors, especially hunting.
